This 6-week group program is for globally-minded explorers who are ready to turn off their autopilot and become more tuned into life.

This 6-week mindfulness program is ideal for anyone who loves to explore the world and connect with people from everywhere.

Together, we'll embark on a journey to understand life through the lens of mindfulness, or present moment living.

Sure, we'll talk about travel, but more importantly, we'll create deep and meaningful dialogue with fellow explorers. We'll dig deep to find more joy, peace, and meaning, to bring those gems into our lives, relationships, and communities.

OUR NEXT PROGRAM WILL START OCTOBER 5TH, 2020

Each week’s information will be sent out on Mondays.

Group meetings will take place on Tuesday evenings at 7pm CET (or 1pm EST). If you can’t attend these sessions, they will be recorded.

The program will run from October 5th until November 20th of 2020.

What You Can Expect

This online mindfulness program will teach you how to live in the present moment, so you can love, connect, and explore more consciously. Through group coaching, meditations, journal prompts, activities for reflection, small group check-ins, and community, you’ll discover new ways to live life.

What we'll explore during the program

WEEK 1

ARRIVE INTO THE NOW

We'll start by better understanding what mindfulness is and build a base understanding of the transformation it'll create.

WEEK 2, 3 and 4

EXPLORE YOUR INNER SELF

We'll move towards an exploration of your inner world. We'll uncover the beliefs that have dictated your choices, get acquainted with your thoughts and feelings, and build healthy relationships with these inner guidance systems so they uplift you instead of dragging you down.

WEEK 5

BUILD STRONG BONDS WITH OTHERS

We'll take a look at your beliefs about love, relationships, and connection and start editing the guidelines that have caused disconnection. We'll take a close look at how you communicate and better understand the obstacles that distort your messages.

WEEK 6

CREATE THRIVING COMMUNITIES

We'll inspect a few elements that can help us become more uplifting and caring members of society. We'll reflect on how working together can improve the situation for everyone.
